Homework & Projects:
- DOL ----First test will be Friday, Sept. 10th.
- DOG----First Sheet will go out Sept. 1st. It is due Friday, Sept. 10th.
- Math 3
Math 5/4
- Science-----Theme is" How Plants Grow."
- Social Studies/Wisconsin----1st unit is on Communities and Geography.
- Religion---God Calls Us.....the focus will be on names.
- Language-----What makes a good sentence and the 4 types of sentences will be our starting focus.
- Reading-----Theme="What's Cooking" with a focus on Family, Friends, and FOOD!
- Penmanship-----A review of manuscript (printing).
- Spelling----The 1st. list will go home on Sept. 1st. The pre-test will be Tuesday, Sept. 7th. The final test on this list will be Friday, Sept. 10th.
WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL! I hope that everyone had a great summer and did a lot of reading! It is nice to be back in school. Here is what I know so far: Music for grades 3& 4 will be on Mondays at 12:30-1:15 and Wednesdays at 1:05-1:50. Phy. Ed. will be on Tuesdays at 1:40-2:10 and Thursdays at 1:40-2:10.
Art is scheduled on Mondays at 1:45-2:30 and Tuesdays at 12:30-1:15.
I look forward to seeing all of you at our Open House/Orientation on Tuesday, August 31st. from Noon until 2:00.
First day of school is Wednesday, Sept. 1st.
